Terms of Service

The web shop www.ilutoake.ee (hereinafter the Web Shop) is owned by VEHICOM OÜ, registry code 10753812, located at Tuuliku tee 4c, 10621, Tallinn, Harju County.

Products are handmade and each product is unique. Made from 100% natural soy wax and fragrances comply with IFRA standards.

Sales contract validity, product and price information

• These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Web Shop.
• Prices of products sold in the Web Shop are listed in euros and include VAT.
• Delivery fees are added to the price. Delivery costs are displayed when placing an order.
• Payment is made based on invoice.
• We reserve the right to change prices.

Placing an order

• To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method.
• An order is considered confirmed after our email confirmation.
• For invoice payment, an invoice will be sent to the buyer's email address. After the invoice is paid, the product will be shipped. For in-person pickup (Muuga tee 112, Maardu), a pickup time will be agreed upon with the buyer.
• As products are handmade, delivery time may vary. 3-7 days plus transport time.

Delivery

• Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia
• We ship only via SmartPost to protect products from excessive cold and heat.
• Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
• Domestic shipments generally arrive at the buyer's designated destination within 4-7 business days from the date the sales contract takes effect.
• If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and the amount paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

Returns

• As products are handmade and personalized, returns are generally not possible, except for defective products or as provided by law.

Dispute resolution

• If the buyer has complaints regarding the Web Shop, they should be sent to the email address ilutoake@gmail.com.
• If the buyer and the Web Shop cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
• The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Web Shop.
• Filing a complaint with the committee is free of charge for the buyer.
• The buyer may also turn to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.

Resale of Vehicom OÜ products

• Resale of Vehicom OÜ products without Vehicom OÜ's permission is prohibited!
• One-to-one copying of Vehicom OÜ products and use of images without permission is prohibited!
• Vehicom OÜ reserves the right to refuse to fulfill orders where there is suspicion that products are being ordered for resale purposes.
